Community & Corporate Services

Experiences of trauma - racial and otherwise - can have a significant impact on adults in the workplace, interfering with self-regulation, coping with stress, productivity, and developing positive relationships. By integrating trauma-informed approaches in Corporate and Community Institutions, we aim to create safe, empathetic spaces where every employee feels valued, understood, and capable of reaching their full potential.
