JaShawn Rogers, MS

JaShawn has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education and provided support for several years to families, teachers, and non-profit agencies as an Early Childhood Educator, Service Coordinator for Rocky Mountain Human Services, and Family Coordinator for families, children with disabilities and individuals from diverse backgrounds. Through clinical and case management settings, she brings extensive experience in supporting and strengthening early childhood systems and families.

A. Davenport earned her bachelors degree from Antioch College and her masters degree from Queens University of Charlotte. She possesses more than three years of social work experience and twelve years of education experience including teaching, curriculum development, racial equity and inclusion and strategic planning.
